Well, it's a start TalVeg & Dillion! A start is good. Tell us why your into to Slow Food. What are you're "soap box" issues if any?
I'm just reading Omivore's Dilemma by Pollan and discovering some really nasty truths about corn of all things. Seems that corn's rise to fame has been on the backs of more varied, sustainable farmings demise.
Not too far into it yet but already I'm realizing no meat in the country roams free anymore. Can you imagine we're eating meat raised entirely in buildings? Does that seem odd to anyone but me?
