There was good turnout and great local foods in abundance as we toured the Full Circle Farm in Live Oak, Florida. Farmer Dennis gave us great information and held nothing back as he spoke to us about dairy cattle and beef cattle and the ins and outs of chicken rearing. We walked through the fields and barns seeing first hand the beauty of all natural farming. It was amazingly interesting and informative -
everyone walked away with something! Lunch was a pot luck of wonderful portions - fresh all beef bolonga, cheeses, watermelon, wild alaska salmon dip, bean soup, and more and more - but the topper was the homemade strawberry ice cream made by Felicia. Thanks for opening the farm to us!
