Slow Food Tallahassee Pot Luck

Slow Food Tallahassee gathered at SarahKeith and Ruben's house for a relaxed evening of feasting and good conversation.  On the menu, we had a spicy gazpacho, hand-made mayhaw jelly, beet salad, vegan mac'n'cheese, dal, fragrant ginger and chocolate cookies, banana bread, a beet and feta tart, lemon pound cake, fresh-picked dewberries, and the star of the show: a delicious (and completely local) Tupelo honey ice cream.  After dinner, there was musical entertainment and perfect weather for playing in the yard until dark.
